Our itinerary is astounding:
Visit the legendary cities of Lyon, Avignon, Arles, Nice, Saint-Tropez, Menton, and more. Tour the regions that inspired Roman emperors, popes, kings, painters and sculptors, as we see the most beautiful museums, grand chateaux, sparkling harbors, and lavish villas.
The South of France is an art-lover’s dream! Come stand on the very spots where Van Gogh painted his masterpieces in Arles and then visit the meditative gardens where he convalesced in Saint-Remy-de-Provence. We shall spend time in Picasso’s Museum on the shores of Antibes, housed in the sea-side Grimaldi castle, and wonder at Matisse’s Chapel of the Rosary.
Highlights of our journey include the fantastic painting collection in the National Museum of Marc Chagall, Jean Cocteau’s decorated Wedding chamber at the Town Hall of Menton and a morning at the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild.
Stunning hill towns perched high along the Côte d'Azur such as Saint Paul-de-Vence, and Les Baux-de-Provence promise hearty, charming views of life in the mountains, and a relaxing wine tasting at a country farm will dazzle our palette. Each day, we have arranged fine restaurant experiences which will showcase the legendary cuisine that makes France a world leader in gastronomic arts.
Whether you have experienced the South of France before or this is your first visit, we will be like-minded travelers, united in our love of art, culture, fine food, and discovery.
